For online course bookings, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the date of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund. This right applies provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course materials within this period. Should you access materials within this timeframe, you may be liable for the value of the service received up to the point of cancellation.

Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all courses and services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill, be as described, and fit for purpose. If your course is faulty or misdescribed, you are entitled to a suitable remedy, which may include a refund.
